Our Function Venue

Den's Lapa, our function venue, pays homage to the nickname of owner, Johan Mouton. The versatility of the venue lends itself to host an array of different functions or events; both inside the beautiful thatch-covered facility, or on the surrounding sprawling lawns.

Comfortably accommodating up to 60 guests, Den's Lapa also includes a big fireplace/ braai area and a bar that can be utilised.

Our lapa is perfect for hosting an intimate wedding, birthday party or baby shower. The beauty of the venue itself and the river-side appointed setting, means that minimal decor is required for your guests to create long-lasting memories.
The surrounding lawns are also an ideal location for guests wanting to enjoy a private camping breakaway. With electricity plug points conveniently installed on the outside of the facility, and by making use of the braai and restroom facilities inside the venue, guests can experience comfortable camping, without the requirement of relinquishing all creature comforts.
